What Noria is
Noria is a routing and coordination platform. It is not a healthcare establishment and does not itself provide medical care. Patients are assessed by an independent physician and routed to private clinics, which are responsible for the care they deliver.
No health data is collected on this site
This website presents the company and hosts a blog. It does not carry a medical intake form. Please do not send us symptoms, diagnoses or medical documents by email through this site. If you have a medical request, use the secure form on hub.noriahealth.com, which is covered by a separate policy written for health data.
What we collect here
Technical data. Our host records the usual server logs, including your IP address, the pages requested and the time of the request. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Cookies and measurement. Cookies necessary for the site to work, and, subject to your choice, cookies for audience measurement. Legal basis: your consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Declining does not prevent you from reading the site.
What you write to us. If you email us, we keep your message and your contact details in order to answer you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Who receives it
Our hosting provider and, where applicable, our audience measurement provider, each acting as a processor on our behalf. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertising partners or data brokers.
How long we keep it
Server logs, up to twelve months. Email correspondence, up to three years from our last exchange, then deleted.
International transfers
Where a processor is established outside the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the transfer is covered by the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or an adequacy decision.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions set by law, you may ask to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to privacy@noriahealth.com. We answer within one month.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to your local supervisory authority. In Belgium, the Autorite de protection des donnees, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels. In the United Kingdom, the Information Commissioner s Office.
